Can I make special changes to a box you offer? *Please note we can not guarantee all requests but try our best to meet the request. Do you accommodate allergy requests? *We will try our best to switch one item for another due to allergies, however, we can not guarantee your box will be free of any of the major allergens including nuts, gluten, or dairy. Your box will be shipped 7-30 days from your order date. Items and availability can vary, and may cause your ship date to fluctuate. Refund Policy We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.Refund/return policy applies to merchandise only. We do not accept returns of treats, packaged or fresh. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
